today i had toss n turn for lunch,

salad n mushroom soup.. 

i order grab..

then dinner had vegetarian.. 

had duck rice,, vegetarian shark fin.. 

brought the dog down.. 

watched mr bean & olympics .. mom went to pap.. 

had some kopi n coke..

today i went to east cost park.. 

i had fried rice.. then i had coffee bean.. 

then later i went to home.. bought boost juice.. 

then went window shopping.. hahas.. 

then i went down to buy drinks.. hahas.. 

i had home cooked food..
