today i went to the gym to excercise.. 

then i had kiwi.. grapes.. 

mom went to work.. dad is in the hospitall.. 

then later i ordered daily green.. grab.. 

Brought the doggy down .. 

Then dinner was vegetarian , had curry fish head .. 

drank some coke .. watched some tv shows haha 

Sian Loh kean yew lost to Jonathan Christie .. again ?? 

Almost won ..
